These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the YouTrainy application ("App") provided by the Operator ("Operator"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2. Description of Service

The App is a fitness application that analyzes YouTube workout videos using AI to generate structured training menus, records workout activities, and visualizes progress through gamification features such as experience points and streaks.

The App includes both free features and premium subscription features available through YouTrainy Pro.

Article 3. AI Analysis and Third-Party Content

  1. The App generates training menus by analyzing user-supplied YouTube video URLs using AI technology. AI-generated results are estimates only and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such results. Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment regarding any information provided by the App.
  2. Videos accessed through the App are hosted by YouTube. All rights relating to such videos belong to their respective owners. Users must comply with YouTube's applicable terms of service and policies when using video-related features of the App.

Article 4. Subscription Service (YouTrainy Pro)

1. Plans and Pricing

YouTrainy Pro may be offered through weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

2. Free Trial

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. Trial duration, eligibility, and applicable conditions are displayed at the time of subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

3. Billing

Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate applicable to the selected plan.
