WAITON Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the WAITON application (hereinafter "the App") provided by the Operator (hereinafter "the Operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all users of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of Service)

The App is a fitness application that tracks workout activities, visualizes progress through gamification, and provides motivation support for beginner weightlifters. The App includes both free features and premium features available through a paid subscription ("WAITON Pro").

Article 3 (Subscription Service — WAITON Pro)

  1. Plans and Pricing: WAITON Pro is available as a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. Current pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
  2. Free Trial: A free trial period may be offered for certain subscription plans. Details of the trial period and eligibility are displayed at the time of subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
  3. Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  4. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
  5. Management and Cancellation: You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period.
  6. Price Changes: The Operator may change subscription prices at any time. In such cases, users will be notified in advance, and the new price will apply from the next renewal period.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:
