MornDash Privacy Policy

MornDash (hereinafter referred to as the "App") is a focus app that blocks distracting apps from a user-set time every morning and lifts the block only after the user completes their morning routine. MornDash sets forth the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information.

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to personal information and personal identification codes as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws.

Article 2 (No Account Required)

The App does not require user registration or account creation, and does not ask for your name, email address, or any sign-in. You can use all features of the App without providing information that directly identifies you.

Article 3 (Information We Collect)

The App handles the following information in order to provide its features and improve the service:

• App data (stored locally on your device): your morning tasks, task completion and streak history, start time and weekday schedule settings, achievement badges, and the selection of apps you have chosen to block.
• App-blocking data: on iOS, the set of apps/categories/websites you choose to block via Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework; on Android, the package name of the app currently in the foreground, used only to decide whether to display the block screen. See Article 5 for details.
• Device and usage information (via analytics): device model, operating system, language settings, app usage events (screen transitions, feature usage, session duration), IP address, and diagnostic/crash information.
• Subscription information: information necessary to determine subscription status, purchase history, renewals, and entitlement restoration (see Article 7).
• Camera input (optional features only): processed in real time on your device and never saved or transmitted (see Article 6).

Article 4 (Purpose of Use)

The information handled by the App is used for the following purposes:

1. Providing and operating the App, including blocking distracting apps and tracking your morning routine
2. Displaying your streaks, statistics, screen-time usage breakdown, and achievement badges
